P3s in Maryland: October Topic for the Commercial Real Estate Attorneys Discussion Group

The next meeting of the 2013-2014 Commercial Real Estate Attorneys Discussion Group will be hosted by our colleagues at Miles & Stockbridge, P.C. on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 12:15 p.m. in the MILES WAY CONFERENCE ROOM, 100 Light Street, 5th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.

The topic will be PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (P3), THE HISTORY OF PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS IN MARYLAND AND HOW THE NEW LAW AFFECTS YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS. A summary of the new legislation is available here.
